Fishing Report – Oct. 24, 2019

Warm weather is moving in for the weekend, with temperatures in the low 70’s and chances of rain on Sunday.
Strong winds and high-water levels have hindered the ability of those looking to get out on the large lakes. The rivers are starting to fill up with good numbers of steelhead as anglers report catches on spawn; the popular color being chartreuse. Salmon are being caught on casting spoons like Red Eye Wigglers by Eppinger or the Little Cleo Spoon by ACME Tackle Co.
Bass fishing has started to pick back up, anglers have found fish in deeper water fishing bait imitations like the Flit 120 Jerkbait by IMA, Chatterbait Jackhammer Bladed Jig by Z-Man, or the 360GT Searchbait by Storm.
Perch fishing has been slow due to the high water and rough winds.
